Mike was really helpful in terms of discussing installation details etc and even spoke directly with our builder to give us confidence that we had everything in place ready for installation. We were kept updated throughout the order process and the item arrived on time as advised. It was really well packaged in a custom made pallet and install was straightforward. The water feature really is a great addition to our garden and we have had many visitors comment how much they like it.
