From initial discussions through to installation and beyond, we provide direct support from the people who designed and built the collection.
Founded and run by two brothers, Tills Innovations offers a highly personal service where clients speak directly with the designers and makers of each water sculpture.
Where required, we work alongside architects, garden designers, landscapers and contractors to ensure installations are delivered smoothly and correctly within their intended environment.
Every installation is supplied with a project-specific operation and maintenance guide, together with practical advice on the ongoing care of the water feature.
Throughout the process, you will deal directly with the same people, ensuring clear communication and continuity from enquiry to completion.
Our after-sales support includes assistance with replacement components, technical guidance and ongoing advice whenever required.
