Project Process

Consider this a guideline for the process. Of course, a full project plan will be provided upon contact.

1) Starting Point

First, we share visuals of our existing bespoke work. We keep this in line with your brief so you can use it as inspiration.

2) Discussion

We then discuss the design and how to produce the perfect water feature for you. Once the general design and budget prices are agreed upon, we provide fully-detailed quotations of the final design.

3) Offer

You can then choose to accept the offer. Or suggest further changes for us to make and amend the quotation.

4) Design

Once the detailed design has been agreed upon, we then produce in-house CAD drawings to manufacture each element of your project.

5) Water Conditioning

In addition to the display/artwork, we also engineer the pumping system and various (optional) water conditioning systems. We strongly encourage this because it maintains the beauty of your water feature. We believe Tills Innovations are the only water feature specialist in the UK to offer our comprehensive water conditioning systems at the prices we offer.

6) Installation

Once the water feature has been manufactured off-site, and all the various parts are together, we then carry out the installation of the water feature. This includes pressure testing all pipe work.

7) Commissioning

Once installed, the water feature is then fully commissioned.

8) Maintenance

After commissioning, a specifically written operation and maintenance manual is provided. When followed, this manual will ensure the water feature stays looking its best for years to come.

9) On-Going Support

To support your post-commission, we offer maintenance contracts on all our water features and fountains. Our clients look after the day-to-day operation and maintenance, and we then carry out a 3-month thorough overhaul, keeping it looking brand new. Of course, if you need our services at any time, we are at the end of the phone and here to assist.
